1. About these terms

These terms apply to the use of this website and to booking requests sent through it. The website is operated by Zakosi Smiljanić, Smiljanića Zakosi, 31315 Zlatibor, Srbija, email contact@zakosi.org, phone +381 64 368 08 08.

2. Booking requests

Sending a booking request through the website is free and non-binding for you. We hold the requested dates for you until we reply.

A booking becomes binding only when we confirm it by email. We may decline a request, for example if the dates are no longer available.

3. Prices and conditions of stay

Prices on the website are per night for the whole accommodation, in euros, and are for information. The price stated in our confirmation email applies.

Payment, any deposit, cancellation conditions, check-in and check-out times and house rules are communicated to you in the confirmation email or agreed with us before the booking becomes binding. The maximum number of guests stated for each accommodation must be respected.

4. Bookings through Booking.com and Airbnb

If you book through Booking.com or Airbnb, the booking is subject to the terms of that platform and to the conditions published in our listing there.

5. Availability

Our calendar is regularly synchronised with other booking platforms. In rare cases dates may appear free although they have just been booked elsewhere. In that case we will let you know and your request will not be confirmed.

6. Website content

Photos and texts on this website belong to us and may not be used without our permission. We describe our accommodation with care, but details may change. Guest reviews reflect the personal opinions of their authors. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.

7. Personal data

How we handle your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

8. Applicable law

The laws of the Republic of Serbia apply. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If a problem arises, please contact us first – we will do our best to find a solution together.
